Black Land Rover Discovery >NEW CAR DEALER PAINT PROTECTION GOES BAD

After just 20,000kms & under a year old this Land Rover Sport looks like it has been around for years and years.
A Dealership Paint Protection had been added at purchase but offered little or no protection the the car.
The prep for this vehicle must have been non existant as well as the process for correcting the surface before application.
The customer was very disappointed with this black cars appearance and asked for me to help.
